In this video I will show you how and with what materials I made a new installation in my workshop. If you are planning to build your own installation, this video will probably help you :)

Какой швеллер вы использовали для направляющих роликов? Какой их размер и толщина? Как поживают сами ролики выдерживают нагрузку?
I made the bearing linings, i.e. the rollers, from polyamide, but their walls turned out to be too thin and over time they stretched, increased in diameter and fell off. so I made them again from steel and pressed them onto the bearings. I suggest making them from polyamide using a smaller bearing so that the roller walls are at least 8 mm thick.

I am just a country boy from the plains of Colorado. Watching this video is like watching Vincent van Gogh paint "The Starry Night". His workmanship exceeds craftsmanship and tops at as an artisan ! The tools he used were quality. None of them were extravagant, just good ole every day workin' tools. Wow!

лучше для такого метода использовать капролон например или фторопласт, они сжимается под нагрузкой сжатия и если кулачки не идеальные по геометрии и размеру в местах сжатия , то это скомпенсируется мягкостью этих материалах и при этом кулачки заблокируются всё равно , ибо если кулачки не идеальные по геометрии и размеру в местах сжатия , то вылет блока гарантирован и плюс будет перекос кулачков если они слабые в посадочных местах , тоесть этот метод это для новых идеальных патронов, с советским кривыми такой метод очень опасен как минимум

Hi, I don't remember exactly but around 90-100 mm wall at least 10mm
I hope that you blew the system before the first use. Because in the video, sand from the drilled block got into the pipe. And the job is great. The compressor always makes it very difficult to work with its noise.
of course, I blew out the pipes before screwing the connectors into the connections in the workshop :)

HE NEVER FINISHED THIS!... AFTER 2 PARTS All I need is a $10k metal lathe a $2k drill press, $10k band saw, $20k CNC, $2k+ of bits and dies about another $1k in hand tools, $£3500 Welder, $100 of scrap metal and I can build a $300 pipe bender. Honey.... I need the credit card!
Money is not the reason for the still unfinished project, the most valuable thing is time, which is simply lacking, I run the channel not out of compulsion but for pleasure, and there is not always time for it... Nevertheless, I will finish it soon ;)

Fajna maszyna, ale to tylko kwestia czasu kiedy ktoś straci palec. Dodałbym włącznik monostabilny, który trzeba trzymać aby działała.
Patyczkiem tylko zaprezentowałem jej dzialanie, ale jej docelowe przeznaczenie uniemożliwia włożenia palca pod ostrze. Obcinany "material" jest trzymany oburacz w taki sposób że dłonie są daleko od ostrza. No i jak w przypadku praktycznie każdej innej maszyny, zachowanie ostrożności i rozsądku raczej zapobiegnie jakiemukolwiek wypadkowi :)
